The city of La Quinta is known as the “Gem of the Desert”, located between Indian Wells and Indio, nestled against the base of the Santa Rosa Mountains. La Quinta continues to draw visitors with a taste for leisure and luxury, long symbolized by the cities famous La Quinta Resort.

One of the Coachella Valley’s most highlighted events is the Career Builder Challenge (formerly Bob Hope Classic) which currently takes place at PGA West. This event attracts tens of thousands of tourists and helps to raise millions of dollars for local charities.
