Katie Pipitone

Katie Pipitone, REALTOR®, was born in England and raised in the Coachella Valley. She has an extensive background in event coordinating, having worked nationwide generating short-term ancillary income for mall ownership and development companies. She negotiated terms using market history, applied for city and county permits, and made sure contracts and documents were executed. Working in the event industry has taught her that every detail is important, and she has carried this discipline into her real estate career. Apart from real estate, Katie is a member of the Desert Winds Freedom Band where she served as a Director at Large and continues to perform locally as both a saxophonist and clarinetist. With a strong sense of community and a disciplined work ethic, Katie is eager to help you with your real estate needs!
