Diane (Williams) Baxter, Associate Broker and Partner of Diane Williams and Associates, obtained her real estate license in 2003. As a graduate of DePaul University, she was able to earn her Broker’s license without having to wait the required two years of working in the industry. Diane passed both the real estate and broker exams within the first four months in the industry and completed an additional 15 courses to earn her G.R.I. (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute).
At the same time, in the first six months of her real estate career she sold over $2.5 million in sales. In 2004, her second year in the industry, she sold over $35 million, making her the top producing agent at Bennion Deville, and one of the top 10 professionals of over 4,000 agents in the Coachella Valley. As her business continued to grow, she built a team which today consists of 8 extremely qualified agents and professionals that provide excellent service to both buyers and sellers.
Her team has become the prototype for others putting teams together as this is now the trend in the industry. An avid golfer, Diane was a USGA course rating captain, competed in local, state and national golf competitions and has been a member of Indian Ridge since 1999. Her knowledge of the country club lifestyle has helped Diane find the perfect home in the right area for her buyers.
