Kristeen Kidd, a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2003, is the Office Manager and Escrow Coordinator for Diane Williams & Associates. Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Kristeen moved to San Diego in 1995 and then came to Palm Springs in 2010. Kristeen earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business at Biola University then began her career in real estate in 2003. With her real estate and property management experience, Kristeen found her interest and forte lie in the legalities of contracts and processing a transaction.
As the Contracts Manager, Kristeen takes care of all the pertinent details from the listing to selling contracts to closing. She is devoted to working with clients and feels she can serve them best by focusing on the legal accuracy of the contracts and disclosures of the transaction. She serves as the liaison between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, appraisers, escrow, title, home warranty, and many types of inspectors. Kristeen is an expert in transaction documentation, disclosure requirements, and necessary reports needed to complete a smooth and successful transaction. Kristeen is working tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure your liability and stress are minimized throughout your transaction.
